Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Threat Teaming Framework ("TTF", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TTF is an enterprise threat intelligence and purple teaming platform that analyzes penetration testing and red team reports, maps findings to industry frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS, etc.), and provides actionable security insights.

3. Account & Access

• You must authenticate via Google Workspace SSO to access the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Access is scoped to your organization. You may not share credentials or access with unauthorized parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious content intended to damage the platform or other users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activities or violate any applicable law.
• Exceed your subscription's rate limits or usage quotas in a manner that degrades service for others.

5. Data Ownership

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of all reports, findings, and data you upload. TTF does not claim ownership of your content.
• Processing: By uploading data, you grant TTF a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service (analysis, mapping, enrichment).
• Isolation: Your data is logically isolated by organization. No cross-organization data sharing occurs without explicit consent.

6. AI & LLM Usage

TTF uses large language models (LLMs) to analyze reports, generate insights, and provide natural language querying. Your uploaded content may be sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) for processing. We do not use your data to train models.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

TTF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TTF, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may discontinue use at any time by contacting hello@hoffmann.holdings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
